Sheraton Grand Salzburg

During our recent bike trip in Austria, we stayed at a fantastic hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown and some great restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surrounding gardens. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to fuel us for our bike rides.

The elevator was unreliable and sometimes took a long time to reach our floor.

The exclusive amenities and luxurious experience at this hotel were outstanding. the staff provided exceptional service and fulfilled all of our needs. the Sauna and Spa lounge were wonderful and relaxing, and the outdoor dining area was a perfect spot for a romantic dinner.

Although everything else was fantastic, the breakfast did not offer enough vegetarian options. It would have been nice if they had a wider variety of vegan alternatives, such as plant-based milks and tofu.

The hotel has clean and spacious rooms, with excellent facilities. The parking is convenient and the location is perfect, being near the city center and within walking distance of some fine restaurants. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is helpful.

I had a great experience at Sheraton. The staff quickly resolved an issue with my room allocation, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel also helped resolve a tour payment misunderstanding. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the old town.

The lack of a coffee machine or kettle in the room was a bit disappointing, as it would have been nice to have a hot cup of coffee in the morning. the vouchers for complimentary coffee in the bar helped to make up for it.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel just across the river from the picturesque Mirabelle gardens. The location was perfect, with all the tourist spots within walking distance. The room was super comfortable, with a large bathroom and plush towels. The service was outstanding, with helpful and polite staff. The breakfast offered a great selection of delicious food. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room.

Sometimes the cleaning staff missed a few things, like not washing the glasses and not emptying the bin.

I stayed at the Sheraton Grand Salzburg for a 3-night getaway and was thrilled with the experience. The hotel staff surprised us with a free room upgrade, a pleasant surprise. Our room overlooked a beautiful park, although a large tree obstructed the view slightly. The hotel's location was ideal, right next to the Mirabell Gardens and a short walk to the old town. The room itself was modern, clean, and luxurious, providing a comfortable stay. The dinner at the hotel was excellent, and although breakfast was a bit pricey, we treated ourselves on our last day and it was worth it. The only small drawbacks were the lack of coffee facilities in the room, which cost extra, and the size of the towels. with a few improvements, this hotel has the potential to be great. I highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Salzburg for a wonderful stay in Salzburg.
